COVID-19 DRIVE THRU & LOBBY HOURS
Dear First Bank of Celeste Family,
Starting Thursday, March 19, we will implement some temporary changes due to the Coronavirus crisis / COVID-19. Our drive-thru will continue to remain open with normal business hours. However, our lobby will be closed to general public traffic.
We will be staffed in a manner to continue to serve you by phone or at the drive-thru in a friendly and efficient way. If you have a need for a new loan or account, please call us at (903) 568-4211 to schedule an appointment. If you have a question about your existing account or loan, please give us a call. Please use internet banking, bill pay, debit card, night depository or ATM access to complement our personalized service. We perform testing throughout the year to verify we have the resources in place to keep our services up and going in circumstances such as these.
We understand the uncertainty the Coronavirus is causing. We share your concern for the health, strength and safety of our customers, our community, and our employees. Please continue to check the CDC’s website (www.cdc.gov) for the most up-to-date information on how to stay safe.
We also want you to be aware of phishing and fraudulent scams that may become more prevalent in the coming days and weeks through phone calls, emails, texts and social media requests or posts. NEVER provide your personal information unless you initiated the transaction through your normal process. Before you call or click, just call us first. We will be happy to visit with you.
On May 1st, we will celebrate our 120th Anniversary. We have weathered bank robberies, wars, a depression, multiple recessions and a banking crisis or two. We have been able to do this because of people like you …. some that have spanned multiple family generations. That is something that makes us very proud and appreciative of your continued trust.
The current times will pass with a CALM and BALANCED approach. Let’s emerge from this with a renewed emphasis of the values we hold so dear and STRENGTHEN our resolve for a more cohesive UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Here’s to the next 120 years and BTHOcoronavirus,
Chris Barnard
President
